The Worldwide Online Learning Platform is a web concept aiming to capitalise on the global demand for online university education by creating a online marketplace placing providers and users, of online learning, together in the one space online. The site will aim to provide a more efficient channel for providers to deliver their online courses by offering access to expanded international markets in addition to creating a critical mass of users allowing for the development of economies of scale and cost savings for universities, unachievable by uni’s operating on their own. Seeking contributors to assist in the development of the web-site and software necessary.
