  3. I shall not hold WebEquity.org, its owner(s), staff or agents, liable for any damages or inconvenience caused by a loss of service or data, or the publication of potentially sensitive data, through any cause
  4. I indeminify WebEquity.org, its owner(s), staff and agents, against any legal action arising from my use of this website
  5. Unless specified above, the information provided here is not of a private or confidential nature and I understand that this information will be made public via this website
  6. I authorise WebEquity.org to use the information provided on this form for promotional and advertising purposes
